Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days. In the case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. National deliveries will be charged via standard rate. Local delivery is only applicable to the Port Elizabeth area.

Shipment cost: R126.50
EDT: 3 – 5 business days
Local Delivery
Shipment Cost: R60.00
EDT: 2 – 3 business days
It is possible for a delay in your delivery to occur, however you should be notified of any exceptions while your parcel is in transit. In the instance of a delay while our courier attempts to deliver, please contact the courier we used to ship your order, quoting your waybill number.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation email will be directly sent to you stating your tracking number(s). Please allow for a 24 hour processing period for your tracking number to become active. Navigate to the specific couriers tracking page to track your order/parcel throughout its timeline.

P.O Box Shipping

We unfortunately only courier to physical addresses, therefore P.O Boxes and the Post Office are not an option for shipment across South Africa.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with our range of products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, such as a defective or damaged product, you may return it to us for a full refund or replacement of the product. Please see below for more information on our return policy. (Last updated April 2022)

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Sugarleaf will not be held liable for any courier costs involved in the return of any product. We assure you all our products leave our facility in mint condition and securely packaged.

Return Process

To return an item, please send an email titled ‘Return’ with your order number to: cbd.sugarleaf@gmail.com
Please attach a photo of the defect product and state your preference whether you would like a refund or replacement. Our team will get back to you shortly on which action we will take according to our policy.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note

All items returned to us must be in the original packaging and must not be opened or have been used. We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods.
